  • About: Discover the privately owned La Paz Waterfall Gardens Nature Park, an ecological haven in Costa Rica's Central Valley cloud forests. Explore over 3.5 kilometers of trails leading to five breathtaking waterfalls. Encounter rescued wildlife in the renowned animal sanctuary, featuring an Aviary, Butterfly Observatory, Hummingbird Garden, Serpentarium, Jungle Cats Exhibit, Frog Exhibit, and Trout Lake. The park welcomes visitors daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Wildlife you might see: Monkeys: Howler, spider, and white-faced capuchin monkeys. Jungle Cats: Ocelots, margays, pumas, and jaguars. Birds: Scarlet macaws, keel-billed toucans, parrots, and many more (+30 species). Butterflies: Blue morpho, great owl, monarch, and malachite. Frogs: Red-eyed tree frogs, tiger-legged tree frogs, and poison dart frogs. Snakes: Fer-de-lance, boa constrictor, and over 25 other species

  • What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes with good traction, lightweight, breathable clothing, waterproof jacket, sunscreen and insect repellent, camera or binoculars, reusable water bottle, hat and sunglasses

  • Includes:Private door-to-door transportation to La Paz Waterfall Gardens, air-conditioned vehicle, bottled water, Wi-Fi access and stops for rest and views
